Diecastings provides a framework for people to grow and contribute
to the company's success.
Investors in People
The Investor in People programme is a national
standard used to promote the continous training and development
of all employees to help the company achieve its goals. It
is cyclical and engenders a culture of continous improvement.
Taylor Group Diecastings first achieved I.I.P registration
in May 1998 and were re-accredited in June 2001 and January
2004. Annual appraisals are used throughout the workforce
and in addition extensive on and off the job training is undertaken.
Customer and related business visits are undertaken yearly
by every employee. In addition, all managers attend relevant
conferences, seminars and exhibitions throughout Europe whatever
their position within our company. In this way we are able
to gain a greater insight into customer requirements and to
more fully appreciate the importance of the relationship forged
between Taylor Group Diecastings and our customers.
