Taylor Group Diecastings
have steadily developed their capacity through the purchase
of modern Frech machines in both the zinc and aluminium sections.
Castings are produced in batch quantities
of 1,000 to 500,000 with minimum shot weight of 20gm in Zinc
(ZL3 & ZL5) and from 500 to 250,000 with a minimum shot
weight of 80gm for Aluminium (LM24 & LM6).
These machines are ideal for the target markets
of telecommunications, hydraulics & pneumatics and electronics.
Included in its facilities are a compact machining
and finishing section and an ability to supply painted, passivated
or plated castings.
